Who is Eligible to Register?
Any non-discriminatory charity or non-profit organisation, school, club, group or individual may register with eForSale.co.nz (referred to as 'the organisation'). The amount of commission the organisation receives each month is directly relative to the number of organisation members, supporters and their friends and families who join eForSale.co.nz and purchase products on the web site, selecting the organisation as the receiving beneficiary. eForSale reserves the right to reject any organisation registration at our discretion.

The Benefits of Registration
The fundraising organisation receives a commission of 10% on the retail price (excluding G.S.T. and freight) of an order placed by a customer on the eForSale.co.nz web site. The customer selects the organisation they would like to benefit from their purchase during the order process.

eForSale Ltd. handles the complete sales process and will source and offer a wide and growing range of exciting products at competitive prices. The commission is paid to the organisation as a reward for referring their supporters to the eForSales.co.nz web site. If a logo is sent to us we will place it on the home page of our web site with a direct link to your website to allow our visitors to view more infomation about you and also for search engine ranking purposes.

eForSale.co.nz Site Promotion
An organisation registered with eForSale Ltd. is authorised to use the eForSale.co.nz name in their own promotional material, newsletters, advertising etc. eForSale.co.nz is not liable or responsible for the cost in whole or in part of any such promotion. However we can assist with advertisement creation if required, by providing logos and linking information. The organisation is encouraged to also create a link to eForSale.co.nz from their own website.

Customer Privacy
The customer membership information collected on the eForSale.co.nz web site will remain totally confidential and is not accessible to any organisation. Customers registered with eForSale.co.nz who have requested web site updates will receive e-mail from eForSale.co.nz at intervals to direct them to our site with new product and special offers.

Guarantee of Payment
Each organisation receives a detailed monthly commission report. In return the organization must send us an invoice for the 'Commission on Sales' amount, and once the invoice is received by us, payment will be issued to the organisation within 10 business days. Web site customers also receive a GST invoice with their order enabling a simple cross reference check at any time.
