Warranty / Freight

 
Warranty returns
Returns for warranty service will only be accepted if full information is supplied - Date of purchase, name of customer and the reason for return. Warranty returns are subject to inspection, goods not accepted for warranty service, goods outside of warranty period or customer damaged goods will incur charges at the current service department rates.
 
Liability
eForSale Ltd. does not authorise any other person to carry out repairs on our behalf and we will not reimburse any third parties for unauthorised service work. Goods returned that cost under $100.00 will normally be replaced with new goods, after inspection and providing the product is complete. All missing parts will be charged for when replacing goods unless they are clearly marked as a "customer repair" in which case we will repair and return the goods as received.
 

Customer damage
Faults caused by incorrect wiring or customer damage are not warranty faults. These goods can still be replaced with new stock or repaired but they will incur a service charge. Goods that arrive damaged due to bad packaging or handling or written on with a felt pen or similar will not be accepted.
 
Return freight
We will not accept any goods sent FREIGHT COLLECT.
 
Delivery of Freight
All orders are shipped using trackable courier envelopes or boxes and should reach you promptly and in good condition New Zealand wide.  Any stated delivery dates are estimates only and eForSale Ltd. shall not be held liable for non delivery or late delivery.  If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.
